Terms of Service

1. The Service

Kyren Bot is an automation service for Discord servers: moderation, welcome images, protection, economy, leveling, and AI assistance. The service is provided as-is — we strive for the best possible uptime.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are monthly and renew automatically.
• Cancel anytime — service continues until the paid period ends.
• No refunds after activation, unless a technical failure on our side fully blocks the service.

3. Acceptable Use

Prohibited:

• Illegal servers or content violating Discord's Terms of Service.
• NSFW or explicit content promotion.
• Exploiting or abusing the bot's interfaces.

Violations result in immediate service termination without refund.

4. Content & AI

The AI feature responds according to the persona configured by the server owner. We are not responsible for AI-generated replies inside customer servers.

5. Data

• We store only what's needed: server & member IDs to run features.
• We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• Removing the bot permanently deletes that server's data.

6. Termination

We may terminate service to any violating server without prior notice. You may remove the bot at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
