Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you add Kyren Bot to your server we store only what is needed to run the features: your Discord ID, server ID, channel IDs, and role IDs. If you use paid plans, our payment provider receives your billing details — we do not store or see your full payment card number.

2. How We Use Data

• To deliver bot features (levels, economy, tickets, settings).
• To manage your subscription and provide support.
• Never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

3. Storage & Security

Access to stored records is restricted and website traffic is encrypted in transit. PayPal processes payment credentials; Kyren stores order and entitlement records but not full card numbers.

4. Data Retention

We retain operational records as needed to provide the service and handle support. Removing the bot does not automatically erase financial or partner audit records needed for accounting, fraud prevention or disputes. Contact support to request deletion; required retention may still apply.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, this is subject to GDPR.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Discord (for bot operation) and a payment provider (for subscriptions). Both have their own privacy policies.

Referrals and partner records

Following an active referral link stores a first-touch code and timestamp in a signed 30-day referral cookie. On sign-in, we bind attribution to your Discord account and store checkout/capture identifiers and commission records for review, fraud prevention and accounting. The first-touch eligibility period is up to 30 days; account/payment audit records are retained separately as needed for accounting and disputes. Partner applications include Discord identity, a public channel URL, a proposal, terms acceptance and a PayPal receiving email. Only authorized staff can review identifying records; partners see only their own aggregate results. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to required financial record retention.
