1. What We Collect

When you add Kyren Bot to your server we store only what is needed to run the features: your Discord ID, server ID, channel IDs, and role IDs. If you use paid plans, our payment provider receives your billing details — we do not store or see your full payment card number.

2. How We Use Data

• To deliver bot features (levels, economy, tickets, settings).
• To manage your subscription and provide support.
• Never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

3. Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access, encrypted in transit. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

4. Data Retention

We retain server data while the bot remains in your server. Removing the bot permanently deletes that server's data. Payment records are retained by our payment provider as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, this is subject to GDPR.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Discord (for bot operation) and a payment provider (for subscriptions). Both have their own privacy policies.
