Program terms

Participation: applications are manually approved. Only approved partners may promote an active link. Kyren may reject applications or suspend abuse. No guaranteed approval, income or profitability; no enrollment fee, buyer discount or automatic trial. Prices stay unchanged to protect operating margins. This is a manual pilot, not employment.

Attribution: the first valid referral touch is stored for 30 days and bound to the signed-in buyer, not a server. Checkout stores an immutable referral snapshot before approval; return-page links cannot claim old orders. First-touch account binding is never reassigned. A checkout must start within the 30-day period, unless that buyer already has a referred payment. No retroactive claims, self-referrals, alternate-account self-purchases or cookie stuffing. Identity abuse can result in suspension.

Commission: floor to whole USD cents of 25% × verified net receipt × eligible service seconds / purchased service seconds. Net receipt means captured USD gross minus the actual PayPal fee, with matching gross, net and fee evidence. Unknown fees, currency conversion, inconsistent amounts or unavailable dispute checks remain ineligible. No commission on taxes, non-USD, free access or discounts. The current checkout adds no tax or discount.

Window: only service inside the first 180 days from the buyer’s first referred payment qualifies. Month = 30 days; year = 365 days. An annual first payment earns at most 25% × net × 180/365, not 25% of the full year. Later payments cover only remaining eligible time. Service intervals are queued per buyer across all servers, so early renewals and additional servers do not multiply eligible days. Checkout is manual renewal, not automatic recurring billing.

Risk and payouts: hold each capture at least 30 days. Any partial/full refund, reversal or dispute permanently disqualifies that capture’s entire commission, including paid commissions; negative balances offset future earnings. A fresh complete PayPal capture/fee and dispute READ check is required before reserving or marking a payout (within 10 minutes). Failure holds release. Minimum available balance is USD 25. Owner-reviewed PayPal payouts only; no automatic transfers or guaranteed payment date. “Marked paid” is an owner attestation with a unique transaction reference, not provider verification. Exception for accounting recovery only: an owner may record an already-completed external payment against a reserved or mistakenly cancelled batch after confirming the exact recipient, USD amount and unique reference. This preserves paid debt despite refunds, suspension or expired/in-progress checks; it never authorizes sending another payment.

Conduct and responsibility: clearly disclose your affiliate relationship near every link. No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims, impersonation, paid brand-keyword bidding or prohibited content. Use only channels where you have permission. You must be legally eligible to participate, maintain a valid PayPal receiving account and handle your own taxes and reporting. PayPal eligibility and receiving/withdrawal fees depend on your country and account. Support reviews identity/payment changes manually. These terms are versioned as pilot-2; future changes require a new published version, not rewriting accepted terms.
