1. Our Refund Policy
Kyren Bot subscriptions are monthly. Because our service is digital and activated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are issued after activation, except where required by law or where a technical failure on our side fully prevents the service from functioning.
2. When a Refund Applies
A refund may be issued only if: (a) a technical fault on our side made the bot non-functional for more than 48 hours, or (b) the law in your country requires it. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund under these conditions.
3. How to Request
Contact our support on Discord: discord.gg/XrYbzKePtn. Include your Discord ID and the relevant server ID so we can process your request.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is given for the unused portion.
